Products

Do you use real leaves to make your earrings?

Nope! All FLF products are completely inorganic, miniature replicas of foliage.

Do you offer clip-on, hoop, or gold earrings?

The answer is yes! Standard orders come with sterling silver fishooks, but can be swapped out for other standard types of findings upon request. Simply place your order as normal, then send me a message right away or email to emily@flfshop.com, containing your order number and the type of earring finding you would like instead.

My ears are sensitive, are your silver earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes! Standard dangle earring orders come with completely hyopallergenic 925 sterling silver earring hooks, and studs are made of hypoalelrgenic stainless steel. If these wont work for you, just get in touch - I have other options!

Can I order a leaf that you don't offer yet?

Abso-freaking-lutely! I love custom orders! Just send me a picture of your desired leaf and I will make it into a gorgeous, unique pair of earrings just for you. I may even ask you if I can add them to the permanent collection!

Do you sell necklaces or bracelets?

I am not currently offering my leaf designs as necklaces or bracelets, but I may be in the future. Make sure to follow me on instagram to always be the first to know about new product offerings! www.instagram.com/ftlofshop

 

I don't see my size available, will you be restocking soon?

The short answer is - I don't know. The best thing to do is send an email to emily@flfshop.com with the desired product and size you are looking for. I will let you know when I can get it in stock and will most likely send you a pre-order listing!

Can my earrings get wet?

Definitely not! They should be fine in some light rain or from a splash here or there, but please don't wear them in the shower or submerge them in water. They are not waterproof!

Is my new glass/mug microwave or dishwasher safe?

If you have purchased a frosted mug, it is completely microwave and dishwasher safe!

If you have purchased any other drinkwear it should be hand washed only and should not be microwaved. I use only the strongest vinyl brands that may survive a top rack dishwashing, but depending on your machine it could degrade or remove some if not all of the vinyl design. I recommend always handwashing!

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, absolutely! These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Gift vouchers are the perfect treat for aplant lover in your life, without the risk of actual plant death!

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

FLF Shop accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal. If you decide to use paypal, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to FLF Shop once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within three days of an item being returned in acceptable condition. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. 

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes! You can absolutely place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. I do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Plus, you'll be able to join the rewards program for future discounts on products!

Where is my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are automatically sent to either the email address or phone number entered during checkout. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch via chat or by emailing emily@flfshop.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

If you decide you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If you order has already been shipped or delivered it will not be eligible for cancellation and will have to be returned at your expense.

Can I alter my order?

If you just placed an order and realized you need to make a change, chances are it's not too late! Reach out via the chat in the bottom right, or send an email to emily@flfshop.com right away. I will let you know if changes can still be made or not.

 

When will my order arrive?

Since most orders are made-to-order, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, domestic US orders will typically be delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timeline.

What countries do you ship to?

FLF Shop ships internationally! If you are trying to place an order from outside of the US but having trouble, please get in touch via chat or by emailing emily@flfshop.com 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. For domestic shipments under 1lb, prices are usually as low as $3-$6 depending how far your order has to travel. International rates can be much higher - I recommend placing a combined order with a friend or two and splitting the shipping costs to make it lower per person!

Can I track my order?

Definitely! Updates are provided at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to shipping and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item, within 7 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging. Exchanges for items of equal or lesser value are also acceptable. To request a return or exchange, please contact emily@flfshop.com with details!

How do I return an item?

To return an order, please email emily@flfshop.com with a brief description of the reason for your return. If the return is within the 7-day return period and meets return criteria, I will issue you a return label by email. You will need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email emily@flfshop.com with the details. I’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, I’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition and in its original packaging.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once your item has been received, in good condition, your refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within three days after receiving the item  but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
