REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. If your product arrived damaged, please send pictures to emily@flfshop.com so a claim can be filed.

RETURNS

All returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase, and must be returned in the condition they were received. After receiving your returned item, it will be inspected and processed. Please allow (3) business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on the payment method used.

RETURN PROCESS

In the event of a product having something wrong with it, you will be provided with a shipping label. Otherwise, buyers are responsible for return shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Customized orders can not be returned under any circumstances other than mistakes in design. Once you have approved the customization and the order has been processed, it is considered a final sale and can not be cancelled. If the customized item is damaged in transit, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
