Backstory

Growing up in New York, Spring was always such an exciting time. The snow would melt away and suddenly everything would be green again, but what stands out to me the most when I reminisce is the unmistakable aroma of lilacs.

I have fond memories of my mother driving my sister and I around in the country looking for lilac bushes to snag a few branches off of & seeing how many different shades of purple we could find. It was such a sweet reward to have our faces buried deep in a cluster of bushy blossoms..followed by days of our home smelling absolutely amazing.

Where I live now in Cleveland, lilac bushes are a lot harder to come by...but I'm not going to let that stop me from smelling them any longer!

The Candle

"Plant Mama" is my first spring-scented candle, dedicated to my Mom who I have to thank for my love of lilacs!

This candle features a blend of french lilac and calla lilly that instantly takes me back to my childhood in the spring. The perfect combination of wood wick + soy wax will give you hours of burn & relaxation.

Once the wax is gone, you will be left with the perfect pot to grow a new plant in...maybe even a lilac tree!
